The Mediator’s Digital Toolkit

April 13, 2016 @ 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

MCFM Professional Development Workshop “The Mediator’s Digital Toolkit”
PRESENTERS: Justin L. Kelsey, Esq.; Jonathan R. Eaton, Esq.; Renee W. Senes, CDFA; Chris Chen, CFP, CDFA; Sheila May, CPA, M.A. (Taxation); and Rackham Karlsson, Esq.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

Today’s mediation clients live in a digital world and many will interact with each other and their professionals in the digital space as much as, if not more than, in person. Today’s mediator needs to keep up and be aware of online resources that can make their practice more efficient, and more importantly, can make their clients’ interactions and information gathering better, faster and stronger.

Our panel will take you through the modern Bill and Sally’s journey through their mediation and the digital tools the mediator can use and provide throughout the case from start to finish.
