Today’s mediator needs to keep up and be aware of online resources that can make their practice more efficient\, and more importantly\, can make their clients’ interactions and information gathering better\, faster and stronger. \nOur panel will take you through the modern Bill and Sally’s journey through their mediation and the digital tools the mediator can use and provide throughout the case from start to finish. \n  \nABOUT THE PRESENTERS: \nJustin Kelsey is the owner of Framingham-based Skylark Law & Mediation\, PC\, which has five attorney/mediators all focusing their practice on resolving family conflict in all forms. Justin is the President-Elect of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council. He is also on the Board of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation and the Boston Bar Association Family Law Steering Committee. \nJonathan R. Eaton is a mediator and attorney at Finn & Eaton\, P.C. in Woburn and Saugus\, whose firm developed the MA Child Support Calculator app for the Android smartphones and tablets.  Additionally\, Jonathan maintains an of counsel relationship with Skylark Law & Mediation\, P.C. in Framingham. \nRenee W. Senes is a Financial Consultant and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst with Senes & Chwalek Financial Advisors located in Harvard and Concord. Renee will act as a financial advocate for either party in a divorce or as a financial neutral to the couple to compare asset division scenarios\, contrast alimony and child support and review tax implications. She is trained in mediation. Having gone through a divorce herself\, Renee’s desire is to help her clients understand and manage the financial issues so they can work toward financial independence\, a stable future and comfort and competence dealing with money. \nRenee is a member of the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and serves on the Board of Directors of The Divorce Center.  A former teacher\, Renee enjoys educating her clients and encouraging them to be active participants in their financial futures. \nChris Chen is a Financial Planner and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™). He is the founder of Insight Financial Strategists LLC in Arlington. Chris specializes in navigating clients through often challenging life transitions such as divorce and retirement. His cost-effective and tax-efficient strategies help clients achieve their long-term financial goals with wealth preservation\, retirement income planning\, and legacy planning. \nChris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™. He is a member of MCFM\, MCLC\, The Divorce Center\, and the Financial Planning Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Divorce Financial Planners and is the Director of ADFP’s Boston chapter. \nSheila May has her own practice performing litigation support services. For divorce matters\, she specializes in hidden income dealing in particular with sole proprietorships and small businesses. Sheila has been appointed by the Middlesex and Plymouth Probate Courts to act as a Receiver for businesses owned by couples going through a divorce. She has also testified as an expert witness in Plymouth and Barnstable Probate Court. The goal of her work is to provide information in an understandable and impactful format. \nRackham Karlsson of Zephyr Legal Services\, LLC\, is a family law mediator and collaborative attorney based in Cambridge. He lives in Cambridge with his wife\, 3.5 sons\, two dogs\, and two cats.
